They act as members of the Executive Committee but do not have the ability to vote on decisions taken by the Executive Committee. In order to ensure that all those work on and that are elected to work on national campaigns for the Young Greens the Green Students Co-convenors should be full members of the Executive Committee and able to vote in any decisions made there.</strong></p>
<p>This change should be immediately enacted following approval from the Young Greens membership.</p></div></div>]]></description>

As the ones who work on the constitution and standing orders throughout the year, they often have the best understanding of problems or improvements that could be made.</p>
<p>It&#039;s important too to make sure the Chair/Deputy Chair of an AGM session doesn&#039;t have bias because the papers or amendments are put forward by themselves. This amendment seeks to maintain that.</p></div></div>]]></description>
